4. Variations
The Client may make changes to the selected scope of works at any stage of the project, subject to agreement on a fee after a fair assessment of the impact of the change
5. Proof of Ownership
Clients must show proof of ownership of land in the form of Indenture, Land title or any acceptable document and ensure land is free from any contention.
Any expenses borne by the Builder in relation to land litigation shall be reimbursed by the Client
6. Contract
Both parties shall enter into a binding design-build contract per an agreed phased out structure.
The contract will have a price adjustment clause to cater for price increases during the different
